Justine DelMonico serves as Managing Director of Capital Commercial Management. She specializes in the management of office, retail, and industrial properties. Justine is involved in building long-lasting relationships with property owners and investors, setting goals and objectives for the optimal performance of their real estate assets to ensure financial success. Her services include preparing and presenting annual operating budgets, accounting, facilities management, expense reduction, due diligence, property inspections, security, safety, project management, and financial reporting. With more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience in property management, Justine is responsible for client relationship management, business development, and day-today administration.
